Sam Sherman Associates LLC is a well established Design firm based on Martha’s Vineyard with clients on the Cape and the Vineyard. We provide a full range of services from site planning and conceptual design through construction administration. Our projects range from modest additions and guest houses to multi- million dollar restorations and new homes. We work closely with our clients to determine their needs and assimilate those needs into our design.

The design process is dynamic and the result is a space which is both pragmatic and pleasing to the eye. The depth of experience of our staff allows us to prepare a comprehensive set of construction documents including detailed drawings and a Project Manual which dictates the quality of workmanship as well as indicating all finish and fixture selections. Our in house Interior Designer helps our clients make decisions regarding a myriad of details. The Vineyard provides a rich traditional context of building styles to draw from and we respect the intrinsic scale of this unique environment we live in.
